Green Morning Smoothie
1 cup loosely packed kale
2-3 tbsp cashews (soaked to make them softer for blending)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 inch piece peeled ginger
1/3 cup pineapple, mango or banana for sweetness (optional)
1/2 avocado
2 limes – juiced
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut OR almond milk

Golden Sunshine Morning Smoothie
1 orange –  quartered, frozen
1 orange
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp goji berry
1/2 inch piece peeled ginger
1 tbsp Maple Agave syrup

Wash, pit and peel your fruits and veggies and pop into your blender. Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Depending on the type of blender you have, you may need more or less liquid, add slowly until you reached desired consistency.
