The Basic Principles of Hatha Yoga with AFTON CARRAWAY

Focus will be on breath, balance, and stillness while Afton takes students through a full PURE 26 Bikram Method class.
Prior to practicing asana, there will be a small discussion about basic concepts and principles.
The 3-hour interactive class will be heated (95-100F) and is open to all levels of practitioners: it will focus on helping beginning students set foundation for, and helping experienced students find a sense of calm and stillness in their practice.

Students will be tapping into deeper awareness of breath: learn about how breathing can lead to more depth in postures, how it can lead to finding balance both on and off of the mat.
